How early should I arrive for my spa treatment?

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment, to allow time to unwind before commencing your journey of nurture and pampering.

Should I avoid using the Spa if I am pregnant?

We suggest that you avoid using treatments requiring deep pressure or hot stone therapy. We can tailor our pampering specially designed for clients who are pregnant.

What to wear?

If you are booked in for a pedicure please bring sandals or open toed flip flops.

Can I ask the Therapist to adjust certain things to increase my comfort?

Definitely, simply ask your Therapist to adjust the temperature, the volume of the music or the amount of pressure applied during your massage.

Mobile Phones

We ask that your phone be switched off when visiting Spa Paradiso.

Surcharge

10% surcharge applies on Sundays & Public Holidays.  We are closed Christmas Day.

Gift certificates

Are available for that special person or occasion. Please give us your thoughts and the details and we will professionally print them onto the Gift Certificate.

Retail Sales

We stock a comprehensive range of Pure Aromatherapy PERFECT POTION products which are used in our treatments and they are available for purchase.

Payment

EFTPOS facility available for Credit & Debit cards. Nothing could be easier than to Room Charge your treatments & purchases. Otherwise Cash is accepted.  All prices quoted GST inclusive.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment time is especially reserved for you, so that our Therapists are prepared for your arrival.

A minimum of 3 hours cancellation notice is required.

Less than 3 hours notice will incur a 50% CANCELLATION FEE.

A FULL FEE will be imposed on "no shows".
